wene i open any application it opens the wrong one

evry thing still has its icon and its extention but evry thing opens up with adobe photoshop album

 

When you say 'everything' do you really mean everything?!?!? Like if you want to play Windows solitaire or free-cell, it tries to open in Photoshop Album?? Personally, I'd uninstall it, and then re-install it. If I remember correctly, it's a free program available for download from the Adobe web site. Remove it, and reboot, and saee if things go back to normal. You could always try a system restore also....

BTW- Windows XP? Vista? 2000?

yes i mean everything thats an application so that means i cant run add/removeprograme and i cant run CMD i can still use some shortcuts though thats about it my antivires cant even run wene i start the computer i know its not malware/spyware or vires i tryed to run system restore but wene i get on it through F10 wene computer starts my keybored frezzes or someting and i cant do any thing els but let i select srat windows normely and i cant do it will im on windows loged on because its an application
btw i have windows XP home SP3

 

i fixed it by uninstalling photoshop album by runig a short cut of ccleaner and becuse i was a shortcut window and not an aplicatione a was abel to run it some way but from thire i was able to uniinstall it
