WerFault.exe - Application error

    I was having malware issues, so i was using the stickied malware removal procedure. After i ran SUPERAntiSpyware and rebooted, I got:
    "WerFault.exe - Application Error. The Instruction at 0x47918ca3 referenced memory at 0x47918ca3. The memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate the program."

    The background is completely black, and if i click OK about 50 times, the Application Error goes away, but the screen remains blank. Please help
