WerFault.exe - Application Error

    I am getting a WerFault.exe - Application Error that says:

    The insturction at 0x767548b2 referenced memory at 0x767548b2. The required data was not placed into memory becuase of an I/O error status of 0xc000009c.

    Click OK to terminate the program.

    If I click the OK button a few times the messages goes away, but then the computer goes black and I can only see the arrow for my mouse.

    PLEASE HELP!! I don't know what to do!
