Westell C90 Config

Trying to run Westell C90 (Bell South) out to Linksys Wireless G/B Router. The Westell is run through USB instead of Cat 5 Due to the age of the computer. But cannot get connnectivity through to the Router. Have Internet light on Router but nothing when accessed.
