WF719-CAPR Router Issue

    I've got a WF719-CAPR router. I'm trying to get into it to change a compromised password on the network, and I can't get back in. According to the manual the IP address is 192.168.1.254, but that just brings up a 'cannot find server' or 'connection timed out' error. Can any body help?
