In reviewing files in my downloads folder, I find that I have three of these, with different dates. Is there any reason to keep any of them, perhaps the latest one?

IMHO you don't need any of 'em. It's the Windows Genuine Advantage software, which contacts Microsoft every time you turn on the computer, and checks to make sure your copy of Windows is legit, and not pirated or counterfeit. However, removing it may result in a message saying that you might be running a counterfeit Windows. There are 2 other WGA files in the system32 folder (a .dll and a .exe) that can also be removed if you get these messages.

Thanks guys. I deleted the two older ones. hopperdave2000, I'm also inclined to think there's no need to keep any of them. So, I might also delete the last one to the Recycle Bin and hold it there for awhile.
