WH Smith Amazing Adventures

I doubt many of the US folk here (or others around the world except UK) will have heard of WH Smith (apart from Lev!), let alone what this Amazing Adventures rubbish is all about.

WELL!

Basically, for my 18th last year I was given this as a present from a few family members and it gives you a choice out of four different driving experiences!

There's Ferrari Driving, Racing car driving (such as Formula First/Formula Ford/Formula Renault, Off-road driving, and Rally driving.

From the sounds of it, it sounds great (being a big car enthusiast myself) and can't wait to do it. Have only sent off the form because a valid driving license is needed for a certain period (woo 18 months now!) and need to be 19 to do some of them. I have until next June to take it and my main question is -

Which one to go for?!

I'm thinking it's down to the Ferrari one or the Racing car driving.

What's the difference between off-road and rally racing?

I've always found off-road racing MUCH MORE exciting. Whipping through a forest, bouncing up and down hills, narrowly avoiding rocks/anthills/gopher holes.

But, I can totally see how cool driving a ferrari would be :cool

 

Rally driving - does what it says in the title

Off roading isn't racing, it's just sitting in a 4x4 going around hills and through the country - TBH it doesn't really appeal....

Just reading the info, and the Ferrari one seems to offer driving the Porsche 996, Subaru Impreza WRX, Lotus Elise and the Ferrari 355.

So driving 4 cars?!?! If this is the case then I'm thinking go for that!

I would seriously go for the racing driving, what ever it is.

I can do off road and/or rally racing in my own driveway/farmfields.

 

Yeh I can easily nick a friends 4x4 or take my car onto deserted land

Although the actual threads meaning is more exciting.

 

Even if it was just the ferrari on its own I'd go for that I think for the ultimate driving experience,the racing cars and the rally cars would offer more adrenalin but so would Alton towers

 

I went for the racing experience, however the four cars you mentioned are pretty cool, also.
