I'm about to buy an all-in-one computer and I want to be sure its built pretty fast and decent graphics. It has 3.1 GHz Pentium g3240 processor with Intel HD graphics. Decent?

Is that processor dual or quad core and not single core? The Intel HD graphics would depend on which version it has. If it's got 1 — 2 GB of dedicated (to graphics) RAM, it's decent. If you're only going to watch movies, even 512 MB would be OK.

A quick Google search shows the G3240 is a dual core processor.

It should be noted that an AiO computer is basically a notebook computer stuffed into large monitor. That means, unlike a PC, it will have limited upgrade options and may have limited access to the internals for proper cleaning of heat-trapping dust that will be drawn in by the fan(s). This may or may not present a problem, depending on the demands you put on it.

As mdonah noted, if you will only be watching movies, surfing the Internet, doing email, updating social media, you will have no problems.

What will you be doing with this computer?
