What are these errors?

I was on a forum looking for help with a game. Suddenly, avast warnings just pop up saying I have some trojans. I moved them to the chest, but a couple more pop up in it's place. Also, the cmd window popped up along with the warnings. It just said "A file has been copied".
Deleted the stuff in the Avast chest and ran Spybot and deleted two viruses.

Couple minutes later, I get three pop ups. The windows are called 'RunDll', and the 3 windows says "Error loading C:Windowssystem32lzmpbe.dll",
"Error loading C:WindowsResourcesStatSetup.dll", and "Error loading Monvolume.dll". Below the error statements, it also says specified module couldn't be found.

Should I be worried or something?
