Just re-read "The Devil's Share" by Denis de Rougemont, and a little book I picked up on tour called "Brook Trout and the Writing Life" by Craig Nova. Fun little read. Especially after the Devil's share! :( :D

Next is "Bunts" by George Will. A baseball book. I love his baseball writing.

Ooh ooh, I have :) I read the book, then saw the old movie, then saw the new movie. I thought the new movie was a bit, well, rubbish in comparison to the old one.

Indeed very thought provoking. Especially since I like speculating about the not-so-distant future :)

I've got the last book just arrived at home for me, it was released late last week. :) Can't wait to finish work now, not gonna get much done around the house until it's finished.

This is gonna be a bit sad, I've been reading the Dark Tower as they come out for close on 10 years now. Can't beleive I'm actually going to get to the end of it. Oh well, just have to start again :)

I am a voracious reader, being blessed or cursed with a memory which is almost completely transparent to words whilst being the opposite with numbers I tend to have books lying around.

As my partner has been known to say, 'how can you have 5 or 6 books lying around and just pick any of them up and instantly know where you were and are, yet you can't remember what time it is?'

I confess, it's a mystery to me; any hoo on go at mo ;-)

Citizen Soldiers - Stephen E Ambrose
    The Confessor - Daniel Silva
Einstein a life - Denis Brian
Age of Extremes - Eric Hobsbawm

Plus I'm revisiting Isaac Asimovs I, Robot etc

    ;) :D

'The Genesis Of Justice' by Alan Dershowitz. An interesting book if you are able to entertain the idea that God may not have known what He was getting into when he created man, otherwise it's heresy and blasphemy.
