what did i do

so i started using my neighbors computer because it just sits in his closet but my ex also build that and after 2 day its not working, not hardware this time though. i think i deleted some thing that said mini driver something. i was deleting a lot if games and such crap and it got mistakingly clicked on and killed with the rest. all for a few mins all it seemed to go is kill the intenect conncetion so i restarted hopping it would fix, it didnt. then i installed a windows system update, but i got a message saying that the copy of windows i was running had missing files and to incert disk2, some some reason i restarted and it wont get back the boot screen now. and it wont let me get into the setup. so now im confused again. any thoughts
