Thus far (having attended two Christmas parties and received a secret santa gift from another site):

Jimmy Buffett's new book in hardcover, "A Salty Piece of Land"
A very cool snowman-shaped custom-made coffee mug, with a gift card to my favourite coffee shop downtown near the theatre I work most often
Cordless Black & Decker grater (rechargable battery)
Cordless Black & Decker hands-free can opener (rechargable battery)
    400-space folding photo album
    Bamboo tongs
    Pampered Chef easy-opener for bottles
Kohl's Christmas CD (we get one every year from my niece), which this year came with recipes
Stress-relief spa kit (lavendar body butter, lavendar mist, self-heating facial mask, peppermint foot lotion, lavendar hair/body wash)
Olive serving dish (if you've not seen one, look it up, they're GREAT!)

And from mom (which I picked out, as she gave us all money to buy our own):
Jimmy Buffett's Live in Hawaii CD (came with a free DVD)
Jimmy Buffett - Where is Joe Merchant (book)
    Charcoal gray turtleneck sweater
    Green snap-front long-sleeve henley
    Black pants
Pepper mill with salt reservoir on top
    Sea salt mill
    Betty Crocker Appetizers cookbook
    Arch support for plantar faschia
Complete Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (all five novels in one book)
Terry's Chocolate Cherry (like the oranges, but cherry flavour).

I only have two more parties to go. LOL Christmas morning with mom tomorrow, and then my dad's party is Sunday.

My mom and dad always ask, what we want, with a $50 limit.........I asked for a inova x5 LED floodlight, the cost and shipping, came to...........hey my limit.....so I got a 5 LED light........that's good out to 120 feet, and I have the titanium case, with the blue LED's that enhances contrast, and show's the colors as they are..............I'm going to make a mount, for my bike's handle bar.............and I get the other stuff, from my daughter and girl friend, later today..........wobbles

My dad went nuts and gave me something way over the limit! Probably because I take care of his computer for him all the time! ;)

He gave me a 200gb hdd! :D The old 40 gb with 3 partitions on it is getting very small, fgs, just installing a game these days requires 4-5 gb of space... So I'm very excited. I'm just about to install, and when I'm done I'll start installing all the games that I'm dying to try, that are collecting dust on the shelves now, because I haven't had space to install them before! :)

My mom gave me a lemon.

A very nice, organically grown specimen of a lemon. She is just so funny! :D Later she gave me a kitchen tool to peal lemons with to nice peal slices for cooking. I nearly wet myself laughing!

Great big HUGE congratulations!!!!!!!! That kinda makes my day, and I don't even know you. :D

From Christmas this morning with mom:
black sweatshirt that says "I'm only wearing black until they come up with something darker" (hugely funny if you know me)
    two spindles of CD-Rs
Pretty much every kind of Altoids they make (gum, mints, strips, sours)
    Windshield and lock de-icers
hair ties, hand cream, lip balm
    tons of candy

That's a very fine Christmas gift. :) Congratulations.

I have a relatively healthy father, which is all I could have hoped for. He had a heart attack Thursday morning, and then a more severe one in hospital the same day. My mum and I spent until about 4o'clock today visiting, and then my sister and one of my brothers came along. He looked huge amounts better, and was sarcastic and slightly grumpy, so he must be feeling better. ;)

So Christmas is postponed until Tuesday, as my dad is hopefully going to be discharged on Monday. So meat as been frozen, the presents under the tree are unopened as of yet, although we did take my dad in a couple of books, one I had bought him and one from my mum.

It also snowed! Big, fat, fluffy snow. Driving back from the hospital, through Mid-Wales with the sun catching the snow on the hills, was beautiful. :)

    Merry Christmas Geeks! :D

And now I've been to the last party. :)

VERY cool organizer/briefcase. Looks kinda like a salesman's deal, with entirely too many compartments and sections, that zips closed and has handles that come out so it can be carried like a briefcase.

Shoulder bag that the above fits in, along with my laptop, which will work fine as a temporary solution until I can get to and afford a real one.

A bulk package of legal-size lined notepads, and a bulk package of the little ones (5.5" x 4.25").

A cool LED "headlamp" for riding at night. Also good for night pond hockey. New CD/MP3/... for my car. Clothes, puzzles, and a Technic Lego kit to build a jeeplike tow truck. Suspension, steering, couple of winches, and an engine you assemble too, pistons, crank etc. The box says "9 and up". This would be tricky for most kids that young. Except maybe Goldfish when he was 9.
The best thing though was all my kids home for a few days. They were great for a couple of days, and then it was bickering and argueing again. Made me laugh. Good kids, all working, and/or university.
