What do I do next?

I know I have Virtumonde. I have done steps 1 - 6. Other spyware was found but I really need to get Virtumonde off first. I can't identify which dll file to delete in my HJL.

Please advise my next steps. Please also advise what I need to do to remove the other spyware, malware, etc the scans found.
