This may sound stupid to some. I just installed Avira AV updated and scanned everything. Found 19 items, various trojans and such. There are a couple of files that could not be opened for scanning. My question is what do I do with these files that have been moved to a so called quarantine? Leave them there, delete them? Would like to have someone look and tell me.

    Thanks

Do you know for a fact whether those WMA files were clean?
Do you need them/can you live without them? If so, then just empty the quarantine.

To really remove things from System Volume Information ( which is System Restore ) you need to toggle System Restore to disabled and then enabled.

I scanned them with avast, super anti spyware, and malware bytes before I opened them up s I trusted they were clean. Will delete them and toggle sys restor.

    Thanks chaslang
