what do I have?

    I have this thing that jumps from my computers to my phones and I can't describe what all it does but it basically kills my phones and renders me useless via computer...please help

    So you have a program on your PC that is interfering with the operation of your phones? Could you provide your computer's OS with service packs please? Also, do you know which program is causing the problem (the name of the program)?
