    Being a retired OB-Gyn, I earn my current living from:
    Social Security
    Investment income.

    With a tiny boost from online poker.

    I work through IATSE Local #26, which is part of IATSE, an international stagehands union. My primary training is in lighting and wardrobe, but I also work as a carpenter, audio tech, and properties tech as needed. I also serve on the executive board of my local, and on the board of the Michigan Union Label Council.

    Hahaha, good point! Retired inventory control/production analyst for a turnkey UNIX system back in the early 80's. IBM's PC killed us and took quite a while before we got back up on our feet and by then, it was too late. Dual booted a 286 with DOS or our own proprietary SW. Too bad, as that was an exciting job as we grew very quickly. We used to export to the UK quite a bit. It was called AES Data.

    I'm an office manager for a company whos initials are B B & B.

    Long way from radar tech, which is what I used to do.
    At least there are no phone calls at 4 am now.

    I try and count things off large pieces of paper with straight & squiggly lines on them.
    EA, AC, LF, CY, SY, TN and the dreaded LS. (Lump Sum)

    I'm in medical research ( no animals BTW, just humans ), ophthalmology and deseases of the eye, mainly ARMD and Diabetes, diagnosis, data collection for drugs trials.

    I'm a stay at home mom of 3 beautiful kids. Boys are 9 and 11 1/2 yrs, daughter is 20 months! (Yes, she was a wonderful surprise!) (and landlord on the side -the business side of being a landlord that is, not the fixer upper!:D)

    Same here...stay at home mom with an 11 1/2 and 9 year old. I don't have the baby though, unless you want to count my 5 month old puppy.:D

    I used to be a retail buyer before I had kids.

    I am A Locksmith And Safe tech. We do everything from Bank Vaults to Auto's
    Also in the mix is access control (card readers/keypads/ect) and cctv installs.
    Makes for long days but i love my work!!;)

    It's everything I dreamed of and more...I have a wonderful boss (or two) and the hours suit me just great. The benefit package is awesome (oh, trust me...I get to hang out with the big names like "Adrynalyne" and "Halo"!) and group hugs first thing in the morning are always welcome :D

    Retired from Xerox. I run "Granpa's" day care. I take care of my 2 yr old grandson, and 18 mo old grand daughter 3 days a week, as well as get my 7 yr old granddaughter and 5 yr old grandson off the bus when they get home from school, and watch them until Mom gets home at 5. In my spare time, I volunteer at the Red Cross.
