What do you think? Trojan? Help!

Can anyone check this out for me? I ran HijackThis on my in-laws computer because I suspect a trojan or something else nasty going on in there? Can you tell me anything bad you see / that I should remove?

The problem they're having is that they can't use MSN Messenger or get into their MSN E-mail when using Internet Explorer. It does work when using Firefox though.

Please follow the steps below as they give a known base/point for the malware specialists to start from...

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:

if their are any steps you cannot run do let us know, and remember to attach the logs as per the guide...
