What does "'shouters" mean in the forum?

    Under forum statistics, I see "The 10 best Shouters are:". What is that?

    People who post the most "shouts" in the Shoutbox on the main forum page here http://forums.majorgeeks.com/index.php

    So a shout is just a sentence, but as it is called a shoutbox the sentences get called "shouts".
