What is BufferZone by TrustWare

It has been suggested to me to put BufferZone on my computer to protect my browser but I know nothing about it.

Does anyone here use BufferZone by TrustWare and can you tell me just exactly how it works. Is there something here at MajorGeeks that does the same thing and works just as well.

It's a app that basically downloads everything to a transparent layer, rather than to your system, so it sits in a buffer area waiting for your viewing and approval, without compromising your system. It is not a free app, and as Kes says, there are plenty of apps here that will protect your system sufficiently and not cost you a dime. Check this link out for further details.

Thanks to the both of you for your input. :wave I use the latest update of Mozilla Firefox 99.5% of the time. I like it much better then IE.

I will take both your answers and check out add ons in Firefox plus what we have here. All I have at this time that I personally know how to use are Comodo firewall, AVG anti virus, AVG anti spyware 7.5, SpywareBlaster, Spybot Search & Destroy, and CCleaner.

I'm just so darn green :confused when it comes to what is needed with the growing threats on line that I welcome all suggestions and advice. I just don't want to overload my computer or put things on that will not work with others or maybe keep something from working. Now days protecting ones ID and computer seems to be very important.
