What is Closseapp.exe?

I followed the Read & Run Me first tutorial and the only potential threath i found (according to activescan) is C:\WINDOWS\system32\closeapp.exe.
What should I do?

Does the below sound familiar? Did you ever install this?

If you right click on closeapp.exe and select Properties, Version tab and look at Company, does it say: Noël Danjou
And does the Copyright line say: Copyright © 2003-2006, Noël Danjou. All rights reserved.

If so, that is what it is.

Your logs show no signs of malware.

I don't remember ever installing that app but I turns out you were right about it.
Should I delete it? or the activescan warning it's a false positive?

Panda did not say it was a problem! It said it was a potentially unwanted application which just means it does not know what it is.

If you don't use it then it is safe to just delete it.
