What Is JDE

    I am trying to help a friend get connected. When he logs onto Comcast.net to sign in there is an error message thet reads: JDE There's nothing here...
    If I try system resore I get a blnk white screen. I t seems somthing is blocked and I am lost, HELP Please

    JDE stands for Java Development Environment. Search Google for a download. Maybe Sun Java.

    Thank You for a quick response but I did try that and downloded with NO help. I cannot even get to windows update nor help and support from the start key. This is really messed up. all other pages seem fine.
