what is MCAF868.tmp?

Good day.. I have a cust who brought in a machine I had just fixed a week ago, now totally infected. Found and removed the major offender. e-acceleration.
When I bootup, 1/2 the screen stays white background, looking like a page not found error in IE. I ran Adaware and Spybot in safe mode. Ran Avast in preboot with system restore turned off. Still getting the white screen crud.
So, I have placed her hard drive on a test machine and run Avast anti-virus on it. I was searching to find any pix for her so I can seve them, as I told customer a slick/reload is best bet. Found the folder called E:\MCAF868.tmp. Unable to see what this program is. Any thoughts???
Did a Google search, your forum came up. Hope someone can help.

chaslang... yes I believe it had at one point been installed. Though because the file name was off by just enough, I was not sure if it was something masquerading as McAfee. Some malware creators can be quite creative!
