What is playing Audio Ads on my pc?

For two days and after several restarts, Software removals, Virus Scans, and Ad-Aware Scans I have given up. My PC keeps playing Audio Ads every few seconds. The Ads are usualy for Karate Dogs ( an upcoming ABC show), Axe Body Products and a few others. I have almost no programs running at the time. And the Windows Task Manger is no help. I do not have DeadAim installed on my PC, that was one thing I found that could have been it.
The is no sign of any video. But I do here sounds just before the ads start as if I just clicked on a program.

Please, can some one help me!
