This is what SuperAntiSpyware found when i did a quick scan. It's already in quarantine. Just wanted to know what it is and what to do with it. Should i just click remove in quarantine?

You can either leave it in quarantine or delete it. We have seen a few of these lately.

Rogue.Pallidium is a false detection by SUPERAntiSpyware.

The SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\INTERNET SETTINGS#WARNONPOSTREDIRECT registry key is a valid key always present on all systems and the default value is 0

Yes as stated, it is a normal part of Windows.

It will just keep reappearing until SUPERAntiSpyware fixes their database to remove the false detection. Just ignore it in the future.
