What is the Best MoBo for a CORE 2 DUO E4500 OR E4400?

I'm looking for the Best MoBo for Intel CORE 2 DUO E4500 2.2GB OR E4400 2.0GB (800Mhz) in the price range of say $95.00 to $125.00. I'll probably be shopping on Mwave since I live close & can go will call it from them. I want on board graphics / integrated VGA, at least 5.1 audio, a good amount of usb's, sata, 4 slots for ram (starting out with 2 1GB sticks) and which brand is better? Kingston? or Crucial? Hopefully it will have good or great graphics and give me the option to put my own video card in later if I find a better one for a reasonable price. Any suggestions on that? As for the RAM, is 667 that much better than 533? I know this is a loaded question ... so any help is greatly appreciated! :major

The 'best' motherboard for the CPU is really a matter of personal preference based on what you need in a motherboard... no you need SLI/Crossfire? On board video? Gigabit ethernet or standard? Firewire on board? So, IMO, there really is no 'best' motherboard.... just do some research at the various motherboard maker's web sites, and form an opinion based on what you find. Gigabyte DS3. I had one before getting my DQ6 and the DS3 was a nice stable mobo and oc'ed like crazy. Its also in your price range.
