What is the ultimate program?

I find that I am using several programs to scan and remove adware, spyware, malware, etc.
I use MS Antispyware Beta, Adaware pro se 1.05, Spybot S&D, Aluria and the malware remover tool on MS website to resolve all my issues. Isn't there just one program that will do the work of all of these, combined? What should take less than an hour to scan/remove turns into a 6+ hour job, including virus scanning.
Any help, hints, etc would greatly be appreciated. I have dealt with some tough computer issues. Seems like each one is different.

There's no one program you can rely on to remove everything. Are you using IE? You could use Firefox as your browser, you'd have a lot less malware to remove.

 

I guess I should have clarified it more. I work on several customers computers and this is the constant issue. All of them are loaded with everything I mentioned. I was just hoping that I could save my customers time and money. Foxfire is not an option that I have considered mentioning to them, as I have read bout all the attacks on it too. Shame ppl have to do this crap, but again, it keeps me in business.
