   Hi
   
   What version of Firefox are you using?
   
   If you start Firefox in its safe mode (found in the start > programs and the Mozilla/Firefox folder) which starts Firefox with no add-ons, does Firefox work ok?
   
   Its likely a bad plug-in and main suspects are p2p plug ins, so remove any plug-ins you have added lately that could have caused this issue.

   iam using firefox version 4 and never installed any plug-inns offlate, just clicked on Tools menus start private browsing and the problem started:-o
