What kind of code is this,does anyone know what I would use to read it?

There is a file on my computer with this type of code and i would like to what it is,its quite large.

 

It would appear, on the surface, to be a fragment of what you would see if you opened a binary file in a text editor such as NotePad or WordPad. The filename extension, if it has one, would be a better indicator of what program is needed to open or run it.

 

I clicked on the file and a setup box appeared with that type of code or writing on it,it turns out my son downloaded a game from a p2p site and i think it is a hacked version of some game.i think I will just delete it to be safe.
