What Is This Thing? Slides All Windows to the Side

I remember getting some program off here a few years ago that could slide all the open windows to the right or left or something. I searched for it thoroughly again and can't find it. You start your mouse off the left or right edge of screen and pull it across and it moves everything out of the way so that you can see your desktop. It was made by a japanese person I think. Can anyone figure out what it is?

 

The Win key + D will show the desktop instantly. Not sure what program you are looking for.

I just tried it and it's not a very elegant solution, it does what you said but switches to a different window when I do it again, the other program was better because it didn't shift things around like that, also, I don't like moving my hands like that all the time since I'm not one of those people that has a perfect sense of where to put my hands without looking. Plus that program was just cool.

If you enable the quick launch toolbar on the taskbar
it has a 'show desktop' button on it - invaluable!

 

Thats an OS X feature some company copied with a third party app.

Winplosion used to do it I think. Its now called antha bounce.

No, that's not it either. Although that monitor on that website was cool to see...

This was freeware, tiny in size. The way it worked was you put your mouse to the SIDE not the corner of the screen and pressed down on one of the mouse buttons then dragged your mouse across, whatever window it touched it slid out of the way and so on. You could see when your mouse was on the dragging hotspot because it would make this ugly yellow line on the side where the mouse was, that was the only thing I didn't like about the program.

I found something neat in my surf travelling to find this program... some people have come up with a program that can fold windows so that they behave like paper, it's really weird. You can move them out of the way and drop files into them. It works on Xp too.

This is such a bummer, I've looked on tucows and nonags and google. I did however find my own forum post on google.
