What is this?

Nothing major in a quick look at your HJT log, but this log is overused and does not alwasy show whats needed if its malware related.

However as the icon is not clear in your image, too small, what happens when you hover over it, does it give you a name, if you right click it what options do you have as it may hold a clue as to where it comes from?

The colours of the icon remond me of WebEx which is legitimate remote access and conferencing software, so is this a corporate PC and have you done any remote conferencing?

Also what new software have you installed just before this popped up?

 

Could check your start up and see if anything is in there you don't recognize

 

Do you have the same icon in your system tray as the original poster? if so could you tell them what it is please.



Following on from what Kestrel mentions, get StartupCPL install and run it, then click once run HKLM/Run and untick all of them, also may need to do this in HKCU/Run too.

Disconnect from the internet as you will be disabling your antivirus, then reboot, has the icon gone? if so then re-enable one at a time until it pops up and that one will be the icon, so post its full Path from the list StartupCPL gives you, we can then check what it is.

Only one from your list I dont know what the icon looks like is Advanced SystemCare 3 and Epson for your printer.
