what is up with this computer????

    my puter (running xp) is always freezing up, im tortured with pop ups and if i leave my machine for any length of time i come back to it and try to open a program and it say "not enough system resources to perform this task" and then i have to reboot and it takes forever.. what a pain...so i found this forum as im looking for some serious help.. i tried ewido a while back, it worked on some stuff but now just freezes up all the time....
    here is my hjt log.. can anyone make any sense of it? or help me out?? also below the hjt log is the what the panda scan found...

    Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

    Please follow the steps below:

    - Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

    Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

    - Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.


    After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
