What is Wrong With My Computer?

Everytime i plug in the AC adapter to my laptop, that happens.

Can someone tell me how to fix it because it get really annoying.


i did buy another Adaptor, here it is:

& the video card is not the problem

the only time this don't happen is when the adaptor is not plugged in or if i am playing a PC game.

When i am playing a game, this does not happen even when the AC adaptor is plugged in
