What is WVXEUQD.EXE ?

    WVXEUQD.EXE was created on my system on 07/05/2006 but it just recently has been getting trapped trying to access the net by my Zone Labs firewall on a fresh boot. This started after I used SPYBOT Search and SPYWARE DOCTOR to remove IST adware. WVXEUQD.EXE is in the c:\ directory. I can't delete or rename it (says it is being used by windows). So far Zone Labs appears to have it under control, but I would like to get ride of it. Any ideas?
