What kind of video card needed?

    Hello everyone,

    I am new to this kind of stuff and I am not sure if this may have already been answered, but I will ask anyway.

    I have an NEC DVD-RW ND-1100A and a Lite-On LTN486s 48x Max with a 32MB ATI Rage 128 Ultra. I would like to move personal videos from VCR to DVD's. What would be a good card at a reasonable price? This card that I have won't work at all right?

    Any feed back would be appreciated.

    WinXP Pro SP2
    P4 1.80GHz
    256MB Ram
