What language are these in?

i recently got a program that scrolls through information, but it has a few flaws which i would like to remove.

the file is an exe file, but requires some other files.

3 of these files are .bpl files, and 3 are .dll but 2 .dlls say "borland c++ multi-thread RTL (WIN/VCL MT) and the other one simply says Borland Memory Manager. these are the things on the icon description:
Name
BPL file
size

and for the .dll
Name
6.0.0.0 (or 6.0.10.157 or 5.0.1.80 )
Borland memory manager/option above.

can anyone tell me
a. what program i need to edit these
b. what language they are in and
c. where can i find a tutorial on the language?

honestly, I don't know. Perhaps there is a trial on their site that you can use to get what you need?

 

How do you plan to edit the data or functionality compiled DLLs at all? That'll be a neat trick!

well, in .NET, if you have an un-obfuscated assembly, then you can use reflection to look at the MSIL and if you can get the MSIL, you can use the MSIL-IDE to edit and recompile provided you can program in MSIL or translate to a higher level lang.

Can this be done with an assembly created in Delphi? I have no clue as I am not a Delphi programmer. I merely offered information to which the poster can start and make his/her own determination.
