you'll need to attach the logs requested from the Read Me guide.

• When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too:
  • CounterSpy
  • AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy
  • Bitdefender - from step 6
  • Panda Scan - from step 6
  • runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
  • newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
  • HijackThis

NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!

 

You did not attach a log from BitDefender online scan. You attached a documentation file for BitDefenders antivirus program. Please run what was requested in the READ ME and follow the directions for obtaining a log. You must uninstall Bitdefender V10 antivirus. You are violating step 3 of the READ ME. You have THREE antivirus applications installed (AVG7, BitDefender V10, & Symantec). Uninstall all but one now before continuing on to the below.

Is your copy of Spyware Doctor a paid version or the free trial? If free, uninstall it now!

Try again! It is no more difficult to run then GetRunKey! Explain what
problems you have it you still have them. We need this log.

You need to rename HijackThis.exe as requested to analyse.exe and attach a new log.

You need to run CounterSpy again and this time Quarantine or Delete what it finds. Attach a new log. You ignored everything and there is no sense in running the tools if you ignore what they find.


You also need to attach a log from Panda ActiveScan.
