what prog do i need to host a website from my home

    what do i need to host a website from my home [OS winXP home]
    ??

    1. An ISP which allows you to host a server on your internet connection-- most do not.
    2. A static IP address-- or a service which can either notify those using your website what your current address is, and/or automatically redirect requests to whatever the current IP is.
    3. Some type of webserver software, whether it be MS IIS, or a third party package.
