What should I buy?

I have to buy a new Mainboard. I have an AMD athlon 64 sempron processor. I do have the option of keeping my 480 Watt Dynapower psu I just purchased. Here's what I have:

ECS 755-A2 SiS755 chipset Motherboard (peice of cr@p)
AMD Athlon 64 Sempron 2600+
Mad Dog SurePower 350 Watt Power Supply
nVIDIA Gforce 7600 GS DDR2 512MB AGP
1GB single stick DDR SDRAM
Samsung 40 Gig 7200rpm HDD
16x DVD ROM
Mad Dog 8x cd Burner
56k modem
2 fans on psu, 1 case fan, 1 fan on processor and 1 small fan on video card
old surround sound speaker system with woofer
ps2 keyboard and mouse
and a really old and junky monitor
and some dust

I can't afford much. I simply don't really know what type of mobo to buy. You guys just tell me what to buy. Make it simple. The ecs 755-a2 is now not so new and hot. So, I would like to get something a little better, but it really doesn't have to be all that great. I really do have a tight budget. I need lots of ideas so any and all responses are very welcome. newegg carries a few 754 boards but the only one with agp slot is the same one you got the rest are pci e they run $50 but you would need pci e video too

 

Thanks Ibbonkers for taking a look. It doesn't matter anyway, I just found out that, unless I were currently able to build an entirely new system, I will have to get the exact same MB from Newegg. I guess I should be happy that they still carry it after 2 years. When I originally purchased it over 2 years ago, it had really good reviews and was considered to be a decent gaming system, now, not so much. I would say, however, that if I would not have fried the board myself it would still be going on strong.
