What should I do with some old hardware?

So, I decided to do some cleaning and have been going through some hardware(been stored in boxes). But I don’t know what to do with it… as far as I know all is working. I only removed it because I was doing upgrades to my PC. The last time I made upgrade was to my CPU about two years ago.
Here’s what I have lying around and can someone suggest what I can do with it, sell for parts, build another machine, donate it, etc.?

ASUS A7S333 Motherboard

AMD Athlon 1800 ( I think)

Thermaltake Heat Sink with Fan.

310W PSU

And other little goodies like USB 2.0 adaptors, cables, etc.

 

I keep it until I scream.

Seriously, I'd sell that stuff, either here or on eBay (no both). You could get some folding cash for it.

If selling it here use the Buy/Sell forum.

 

...or donate it, plenty of places that need components to help the needy.

 

I will take the ASUS A7S333 Motherboard and AMD Athlon 1800 if the price is right This Abit KV-80 is dieing so i need a replacement its no upgrade or downgrade for me its right around the same as i got now.

 

Get some cheap second hand memory,an old video card and harddrive unless you have some laying around and build a media machine for your TV,its what I've done with one of my old boxes

 

That or what Rikky said and turn it into a Linux box rather than a media machine.

Possibly I'll turn it into a media box or home server or some kind of test setup... ie, apache server, coldfusion server, linux machine (since I never had one).

But it's been sitting in a box forever, so not sure if it's any good anymore.
If I were to sell it, waht would be a reasonable price to ask, $30?
