What should I do with this?

I have just received two emails from an unknown party in Nigeria who wants me to help him filter money into the USA. I know this is a scam and I know it needs to be reported; but who do I report this to?

 

Report to your email provider, some providers have a feature to mark emails as spam and will build up their spam filters.

You need to remove those links in your signature, otherwise an admin/mod will do it.

Also, I went over to remove my farmsales link from my signature as you suggested and discovered it already gone. (It's probably somewhere in the rules. Just didn't think about it when putting them in my signature.) My apologies.
