What should I pay for this laptop?

I'm not really wanting an opinion on the laptop. I just want to know how much I should offer for it. I can upgrade it to 2 gigs for free. Please, I'm not asking anything but what should I offer for this laptop. Thanks.

I've seen $549 for it on a site. Offer $400-$500 for it or less.

 

$420 sounds about right to me.
