What do yu use and want to use the system for?!? This will allow more constructive advice.

Consider doubling your ram upto 1 Gig, possibly your PSU.

If I were you, I would save up your money and go for a bigger upgrade. I'm in the same boat with the computer in my sig. I would like a new video card, but I don't want to get one that I'm gonna throw away in 8 months when I get a new computer with PCI-Express. Hold off on the upgrade until you can spend about $700. Then get an Athlon 64 939 motherboard, 3700 San Diego (or X2 3800 if you want dual core), another 512 Mb of DDR 400 RAM and a 7800GT (or 6600GT/6800GS to save a little money) and you'll have a top of the line computer good for another 2 years.
