    For an x2 4200, Max temp 65c

89 Fahrenheit is approx 32c, an excellent temp by the way, thats probably your Idle, what is your Max Load temp?

Sorry if it's bad form, but are my numbers ok?

CPU and Mobo approach 50c on startup but quickly drop to anywhere between 38-46 during gaming or other use. I can definitely turn up the fan more if needed (assuming I can figure out how) right now my PC runs pretty quiet.

At Samthunder, It's best to start your own thread

When you do, Include your system info/specs

Sounds like Thermal controlled fans or Bios controlled
