What the chance of this happening twice?

    My internet went out last nite and so they came out this morning to check it and it turns out the onboard network port died whats the chance of it happening twice? Some know it happen to me once before with my last board. Whats the chances?:confused

    I'd say the same chances as lightening striking twice....but I don't know what an onboard network port is. :-D ;)

    I do know it sucks when stuff like that happens though. Seems it's the law of the internet...If i Can happen, it Will happen.

    I have a couple of ethernet PCI cards hanging around just in case. I bought 5 for $15 at a clearance and yes, they do work.;)
