What tools of Protection against Spyware?

I have not really been in tune with the latest anti-spyware programs over the last year. I currently use the Pccillin 2005 Internet Suite (AV + Firewall), Adaware Professional SE, Spybot S&D, SpywareBlaster, CCleaner, and stand alone EXEs such as Hijack This, McAfee Stinger, Kill2me, and CWshredder. What else do you recommend? I would prefer scan on demand utilities, as I don't want to bog down my system with applications that run in the background. BTW, money is not a concern. Thanks in advance

 

I just don't redundancy, so which ones are a must on top of what I already have?
