What Virus/Malware is this? Help needed...

I downloaded what I thought was a legit application from a free the download site brothersoft.com. Now my computer is rather messed up...

Here are some symptoms:

1) Computer desktop was changed to Windows Classic Modified. There was some graphic in the middle of the screen saying that I had spyware and that I should use XP Antivirus to remove.
2) View folder options was disabled
3) Use of regedit was disabled
4) When I looked at the modified/new files on the computer I found a bunch of strange dlls - some are wpvmqosg.dll, xvorfwbd.dll (in windows folder) and fgncpsjd.dll, awvvw.dll, winsrc.dll and others (in system32).
5) ALso under system32/drivers there is a new file called spools.exe and then when running HiJackTHis I get this:



It looked worse before. I thikn I have removed a good deal of the trouble, but things still are weird, especially when running IE. At the top opf the page is a msg that says

"The page you are opening is probably contains spyware, adware, etc.. Your system might be at risk, Click here to protect your system with XP antivirus."

It wants me to go to http://microsoft.browserprotectioncenter.com

Anyway, any help is appreciated.
