   If you could describe what you are attempting the answer maybe easier to provide as I've not seen a batch icon installer, have seen extractors, but have a feeling you're wanting to change the icons of Vista in one go?
   
   Not seen an app to do this apart from some all in one theme packs but they dont work for all, so many suggest manually changing icons to ones you want.

   I want to change the icons on my desktop and in my documents. I have vista. My folders are yellow. There are too many to change 1 by 1.
