    There have been reports of the northbridge fan speed problem with the deluxe and problems getting sli to work,the premium has the new heatpipe tech on the northbridge and has been the top pick sli mobo in many articles I have seen,head over to tomshardware I think thats where I saw the comparison of all the latest 939 mobo's,with the premium coming out the best of all the 939's :)
