Fried rabbit is one of my favorite foods Fix it with rabbit gravy and biscuits and it is better than steak or chicken. If I could have fried rabbit on Easter, I would be one happy chowhound. Looks like it is ham for me tho.

I just had a beef kebab with chilli sauce for dinner. YUM.

 

We have a huge joint of lamb to serve 20 people tonight, I can't wait

 

Grillin some Lamb Chops. Trying to get close to the "Outback Rack" since they dropped it from the menu. My wife has got the sauce down pat.

 

Cooked a huge turkey this morning (was left over from Xmas) so we'll be having that for the next few days. I do enjoy a rabbit stew though!

 

We're all off to relatives for a slap up meal to which my contribution is the roast potatoes and the cauliflower.

But a beef kebab with chili sauce sounds pretty good right now...

 

Beef roast, stewed potates, white beans, and corn bread!

 

Nothing special...too tired. Pot Luck.

 

I ate Eight Deviled eggs !!! As a snack.

 

wild piggy marinated overnight in a red wine mix(yum yum).english style roast potatoes, baby carrots caramelized in butter and raw asugar, baby green salad. and of course rich english style gravey. for 'afters' we have waimea strawberries (sweetest strawberry's i have EVER tasted) and devenshire clotted cream.
