Whats that on my desktop

let me start off by saying i've looked through other posts on this message board and others but can't seem to find my answer.

on my computer, i am running malwarebytes, avira, and superantispyware and still i haven't been able to remove this from my desktop

on the bottom right hand corner there is a 'window' with a little x in the corner as if i can close it by pressing the x but i can't. Ive tried to change wallpapers and to restart the computer but it still doesn't remove. how did this happen?

can anyone offer any suggestions. here is the print screen of it.
